Garrette began his career in the bail industry in 1991. After operating a successful bail agency in the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area, he was hired by a general agency to recruit and train bail agents the same marketing strategies that he had used to achieve his own success as a bail agent.
After resigning from his position as a Division Manager in 2000, Garrette founded National Surety Agents with the goal of creating a general agency that truly focuses on the agent. Not just with support and service, but with the marketing strategies and tools for success that even veteran agents can use to greatly increase their profits, something which no other general agency in the country offers.
Garrette is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Holy Cross College in Notre Dame, Indiana. He has held a wide range of jobs, ranging from a factory supervisor to a professional wrestler. Garrette was recently married to Ms. Freida Beery, a senior network administrator for International Paper. Garrette and Freida both enjoy sailing and driving MG sports cars.
